Registration Forms and Information

We will begin accepting registration forms on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024. Registration forms will not be processed before 1/3.  To register your child, please download one of the registration forms below.  Please make sure to choose either the Nursery School or the After Kindergarten form. If you are enrolling multiple children, please fill out a separate form for each child. There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee per child.  When choosing a Nursery School program, please check the age cut-off dates.    

2 Day – Must be 3 by December 31 

3 Day – Must be 4 by December 31 

5 Day – Must be 4 by December 31

We are accepting registration for Guaranteed Lunch Bunch at the same time you register for Nursery School.  Please call the school office for more details.

If you are interested in visiting the school, we will schedule appointments once registration has begun. Please call the school office at 610-566-9303 ext.2 to make an appointment to tour the school.  If you have already visited our school, you can place your registration form and fee in an envelope and drop it in our drop box at the main entrance (by the white pillars) in front of the building.  You can also mail it to: LCNS  P.O. BOX 158 Lima, PA 19037.  We look forward to spending the upcoming 2023-2024 school year with you and your child.
